The scope of each project will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, service agreement or other written agreement between Canline Technical Services and the client.
Additional work or changes requested by the client that fall outside the agreed scope may result in additional costs and changes to the project timeline.
Where project requirements, specifications, drawings, measurements or other information are supplied by the client, the client remains responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate and complete.
6. Engineering and Technical Information
Engineering and technical information supplied by Canline Technical Services is prepared based on the information, specifications and operating conditions available to us at the time of the work.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, Canline Technical Services does not guarantee that a technical solution will be suitable for every machine, production environment, material, process or operating condition.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that equipment, machinery and processes are operated by suitably trained and authorised personnel and in accordance with applicable safety requirements, manufacturer instructions and relevant legislation.
7. Tooling, Components and Manufactured Items
Where Canline Technical Services supplies or develops tooling, components, equipment or other manufactured items, the applicable quotation or project documentation will determine the agreed specifications and tolerances.
Product dimensions, materials, finishes, tolerances and other specifications may vary where reasonably necessary to meet manufacturing, technical or operational requirements.
Any defects or discrepancies should be reported to Canline Technical Services within a reasonable period after delivery or installation.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property contained on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, diagrams, designs, layouts, documentation and other materials, remains the property of Canline Technical Services or its respective licensors.

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the relevant invoice.
Canline Technical Services reserves the right to suspend or delay work where payments are overdue.
12. Project Delays
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Canline Technical Services will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruptions, equipment availability, changes to specifications, client delays, unforeseen site conditions or force majeure events.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Canline Technical Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from services provided, including loss of production, loss of profits, loss of revenue or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
